User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the terms of use of the website https://profygroup.com (the “Site”), owned by ProfyGroup (the “Administration”).

By visiting or using the Site, you (the “User”) confirm that you have read this Agreement and accept its terms.

1. General provisions

1.1. Use of the Site is permitted only in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable laws of Ukraine.

1.2. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Site.

2. User rights and obligations

2.1. The User agrees to:

  • provide accurate information when filling out forms on the Site;
  • not take actions that may compromise the security or stable operation of the Site;
  • not publish materials that violate the law or the rights of third parties.

2.2. The User has the right to:

  • view available Site content free of charge;
  • contact the Administration regarding matters related to the operation of the Site.

3. Administration rights and obligations

3.1. The Administration has the right to:

  • change or update the Site’s content and functionality without prior notice;
  • restrict access for Users who violate the terms of this Agreement;
  • send informational messages related to the operation of the Site.

3.2. The Administration agrees to:

  • ensure the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
  • take measures to maintain the secure and stable operation of the Site.

4. Intellectual property

4.1. All materials published on the Site (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) are the property of ProfyGroup or are used on lawful grounds.

4.2. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using materials without the Administration’s written permission is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Liability of the parties

5.1. The User is responsible for their actions while using the Site and for the accuracy of the information provided.

5.2. The Administration is not responsible for:

  • any technical failures or interruptions in the operation of the Site;
  • direct or indirect damages incurred by Users as a result of using or being unable to use the Site;
  • the content of third-party resources to which the Site may contain links.

6. Changes to the Agreement

6.1. The Administration may change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice.

6.2. The updated version of the Agreement becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Site.
